Returns & Damages
At Asvika Stores, we take great care in packing your orders. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with tags).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Important: To process a claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. Claims without valid video proof will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
